Palais Royale Wedding | Michael and Melissa

Summer days along the water, what more could you ask for in a Palais Royale wedding. Michael and Melissa’s mid-summer bash featured a breakdancing, a horah for the ages, some gorgeous blooms, and a very cute dog named Olive.

It’s one I’ll remember for a long time.

The Couple

Michael and Melissa are two genuine, kind and very in-love souls. They don’t keep their emotions hidden, and it created such a warm atmosphere on their wedding day.

They have both dedicated their life to helping people. Melissa is a doctor, and Michael helps youths by getting them involved with his first love, break dancing. Yep, that’s right. This guy can bust…a…move. Scroll down for more on that!

And I can’t mention the couple with mentioning their fur-baby, Olive. She made quite the appearance during the ceremony!

The Venue

Palais Royal is such a perfect spot for a summer wedding. Getting married on the terrace is truly spectacular, with the entire lake behind you. And when the sun sets to the west, magic happens.

So much vintage charm.

It feels more like you’re on the pacific coast, than a downtown Toronto wedding venue.

The Team

Of course, Michael and Melissa were the stars of the show, but the flowers by Blush and Bloom were epic. I still can’t get over how stunning they were.

Windy Chiu made Melissa look and feel her best while getting ready at the Shangri La.

As usual, Karina Lemke creates the most beautiful celebrations of love. And the whole team at Palais Royale were stellar, as usual.
