What a PERFECT shoot on a perfect day for Ashley and Andrew.
Originally scheduled to take place a week prior, the tricky April weather had other ideas. But it was well worth waiting for a bright and sunny day to head to Rotary Park in Milton for this engagement shoot.
Some think the early spring landscape can be a bit bleak, but the monochromatic colours can make for a really cool, rustic backdrop. Pair that with a gorgeous couple and you have a recipe for some pretty great photos.
The sun was shining, REALLY shining, and I had to be smart about not letting the light get too harsh. I tucked the couple behind trees, under bridges, and always put the sun at their backs (which also made Ashley’s stunning blonde locks shine even brighter).
Their wedding is fast approaching at the end of May at the beautiful Hockley Valley. And I’ll have a whole other camera crew there as they film the nuptials for Say Yes to the Dress Canada! Should be one for the ages.
Can’t wait!
