Take Me Downtown! RCM Wedding in Toronto

Never was there a wedding day filled with so much love, class, and pure joy! Carol Cook and Nick Bitove waited seven years to say their vows, and for them and all their wonderful family and friends, there’s no doubt it was well worth the wait.

The Toronto native Nick met North Carolina girl Carol while at college at the University of North Carolina. They’ve made it through long distances and crossed many borders together until Nick proposed on the date of his parents’ anniversary in Spain last fall.

The wedding and reception were held at the Royal Conservatory of Music right in the heart of downtown Toronto. It’s an INCREDIBLE venue for photos, and is also close to many other beautiful places to shoot like the ROM and UofT. And we certainly made use of the area!

The wedding party was blast to work with, and the couple’s parents and families really put a lot of effort in to making the say extra special.

There will be so many memories of this gorgeous wedding for years to come!

The shoes! Oh the shoes.

And was there ever a more fun, loving, and gorgeous bridal party?

Meanwhile with the boys.

And he was off along Bloor Street to see his bride for the first time!

Yep, they’re pretty much the cutest couple ever! Victoria College provided such a nice setting.

There were so many awesome locations around! We went back up to Bloor Street to one of Toronto’s most well known landmarks to take one of my favourite shots of the day.

And all that happened before they even got married.

The simple yet stunning decor was perfect.

Completed with a cake topper in the couple’s likeness, and donuts. Bacon maple donuts!

With a very musical family, there were lots of performances, including a best man speech in the form of a song that had Nick laughing and crying at the same time.

And one super cool mother/son dance.

A million thanks and lots of love to the newlyweds!
