Winter Engagement Photography in Yorkville

The best thing about shooting around the holidays is that you have so many pretty things to work with. Lights are everywhere, store windows are in full holiday mode, the colours are warm and cozy, and if you’re lucky you’ll even get a bit of snow. 

Rosie, Donnie and I headed to Yorkville where all of these things are at their best! The location already has a glamourous and romantic feeling to it, so when you add Christmas, it’s the perfect place for a holiday engagement session. We walked around the neighbourhood for most of the shoot (not an easy task given Rosie’s footwear) and then made a pitstop and The Oxley to warm up and grab a couple of mid-shoot refreshments. 

Both coming from a showbiz background, Rosie and Donnie were great in front on the camera. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re awesomely adorable together.
